Refund policy
Eligible return items must be unused, placed back in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the receipt of your item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 working days.
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are non-refundable.
- For returns due to a change of mind, the shipping cost for returning the item is the customer's responsibility.
Exchanges
- Only defective or damaged items can be replaced.
- If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please inform us via email before sending the item.
Returns & Exchanges
- All return and exchange requests must be submitted via email in advance so we can properly process and track your request.
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date (Return window: 30 days).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If returning an item valued over $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or adding shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
