If you'd like to cancel or change your order, please email us at info@drhowsshop.com as soon as possible.
We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request, but please bear in mind that
our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their
way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order
once it has entered the shipping process, which is typically the same day your
order is placed. Please refer to our returns policy for information on
returning items you have ordered.
Please note: If you cancel an order that qualified you for a promotion or special deal, you may
no longer receive that discount or promotion.

Consumers may return their unused products within 7 days after receiving. We kindly accept returns for product that is unused and in original packaging.
The shipping cost of returning unwanted purchases to Dr.HOWS is the responsibility of the consumer.
To return an item, please contact us at sales@ojc-company.co.kr for further instructions.
If any defect is identified by our Consumer Services department, we will replace
your product with something of equal value. Refunds are not applicable.

Before contacting us, please have your order number ready. When sending us an email,
please include your order number, name and contact details. Your order number
can be found in your order confirmation email, order history by logging into
your account and on the receipt that arrived with your products.

We deliver to addresses in the 50 United States and Puerto Rico. We do not ship to Canada, South America or the US Virgin Islands. We do not ship to Armed Forces
or PO boxes. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Shipping to the 48 continental US states is a standard flat rate of $5.99. When purchasing a gift card, the value of the gift card does not apply toward the minimum free shipping requirement.
Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico is a flat rate of $30 on all orders. When purchasing a gift card, the amount of the gift card does not apply toward the free shipping minimum.
We offer standard shipping rate which takes 5-8 business days from order receipt to delivery. Your order will ship from our East or West Coast Distribution Center based on delivery location and product availability.
Please allow additional order processing time during the Holiday Season.

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in your Dr.HOWS Cookware, Stove, Electrics (the “product”) for the warranty periods defined below.

The warranty does not cover any damage due to (a) use of the product not for regular household purposes or other misuse; (b) abuse; (c) failure to follow product instructions; (d) normal wear and tear; (e) modifications; (f) loss or damage in transit; or (g) accidents or other actions beyond our reasonable control.

The warranty period for the Cookware is one(1) month, Stove
and Electrics is limited to one (1)
year from the date of your purchase.
