This is a good-sized pan to sautee some veggies, make a wrap, fry an omelet, whatever! The weight is good so you can easily hold the pan with 1 hand without it getting too heavy like a cast iron. Once it's heated up properly, the Stainless Steel is easy to cook on without the food sticking to the pan. The design is very sleek so looks good with just about any kitchen setting. This is now my husband's go-to pan instead of the cast iron he has loved forever!
No screw holes, sturdy long handle and was easy to deglaze even after cooking an egg. Made chicken Pad Thai with it immediately after delivery with zero issues. Lid fit perfectly.
Cleaning was very easy. This was a great purchase, I plan to buy another wok soon as a gift. I will certainly make sure Dr.HOWS gets another purchase from the essential line and hopefully I'll get a pan set soon from your other lines I browsed.
I had something similar, but non-stick coated. I was looking for the same thing, but stainless steel and this nailed exactly what I had in mind. It is sturdy, cleans super easily, and is great for sauces, sautés, or even a stir fry!
The size is great. It comes with a lid. It is for my gas stove, which is the first time I’ve had a gas stove, so am still learning. However, I do know my pots and pans.
* This is high quality, no inside rivets to worry about cleaning well.
* Smooth inside, no issue cleaning.
* Very well made.
* I have other pans, however, this is now my #1 go to pan!

I was quite impressed with my Dr. How's pan. First of all, the three ply material is honestly quite impressively thick and it retains heat very well. There''s no nonstick coating, which is good since there's nothing to flake off. The handle seems to be kind of electro-welded on, so there's no screws or rivets or anything, just a smooth surface. Overall, this is a solid pan with a premium feel.
