이 팬은 손에 잡았을 때 묵직한 느낌이 있고 어느 정도 무게감이 있지만, 무쇠 팬만큼 무겁지는 않습니다. 그렇다고 결코 흐물거리거나 약한 팬은 아니며, 잘 관리하면 오랫동안 사용할 수 있는 제품입니다! 가스레인지에서 사용할 때는 검은 그을음이 묻지 않도록 스테인리스 스틸 화구 받침대/디퓨저 플레이트를 사용할 예정입니다. 인덕션도 구비하고 있어서 날씨가 더울 때 야외 주방에서 사용하기에도 완벽할 것 같습니다.
열이 고르고 예쁘게 전달됩니다. 함께 제공된 뒤집개는 손잡이에 걸치거나 팬 가장자리에 놓을 수 있게 제작되었다는 점만으로도 좋은 구성입니다. 이를 사용하면 팬 내부의 마모를 방지하는 데도 도움이 될 것입니다. 또한 손잡이가 실제로 더 시원하게 유지된다는 점도 만족스러웠습니다. 이 팬의 성능과 간편한 세척 방식에 매우 만족합니다. 한 가지 아쉬운 점은 뚜껑이 포함되어 있지 않다는 것인데, 제게는 맞는 크기의 뚜껑이 없습니다. 뚜껑을 준다면 뒤집개를 손잡이에 거치하지 못해도 괜찮을 것 같습니다.

While I initially ordered this pan to make Japanese-style omelets, I've found myself using it to make a wide variety of items. It's certainly great for omelets, and the included spatula is perfect; its small size also makes it very handy to cook bacon for one or two, a burger, a grilled cheese sandwich, and a plethora of other items.
It's also absolutely non-stick; very easy cleanup. And the spatula stores on the handle.
I've used it both on a glass cooktop and also an induction stove; works fine on both.
While not as heavy as a cast iron skillet, it still has considerable heft to it. No chance of it tipping over or lifting from the cook surface. The handle is well-insulated and does not get hot.

I love ceramic coated cookware, and I love yellow, so I was happy to get this adorable lemon yellow omelet pan.
PROS:
+ Ceramic is my first choice coating on my cookware: it gives a smooth PFOA-free surface that is nonstick with minimal oil/butter, and it is very easy to clean. I also like its heat distribution.
+ The yellow color is happy and sunny
+ The small size makes it easy to store, and is perfect for little jobs like: an omelet for one, two fried eggs, a grilled cheese, and any quick sauté you need to do.
+ I love the cool-touch handle!
+ Comes with a spatula and a built-in rest that doesn't melt the spatula because the handle stays cool.
PERFORMANCE:
I've used the pan 3 times so far: to make some quick burst tomatoes to top my avocado toast (see pic), to make an omelet, and to fry a few pieces of bacon for a sandwich. In all cases the heat was even, the food cooked perfectly and released easily, and the cleanup was a breeze.
