이 팬은 채소를 볶거나, 랩을 만들거나, 오믈렛을 부치는 등 무엇을 하기에도 적당한 크기입니다! 무게가 적당해서 무쇠 팬처럼 너무 무겁지 않아 한 손으로도 쉽게 들 수 있습니다. 제대로 예열만 하면 스테인리스 스틸이라 음식이 눌어붙지 않고 요리하기 편합니다. 디자인이 매우 세련되어 어떤 주방 분위기에도 잘 어울립니다. 이제는 남편이 항상 애용하던 무쇠 팬 대신 이 팬만 찾네요!
No screw holes, sturdy long handle and was easy to deglaze even after cooking an egg. Made chicken Pad Thai with it immediately after delivery with zero issues. Lid fit perfectly.
Cleaning was very easy. This was a great purchase, I plan to buy another wok soon as a gift. I will certainly make sure Dr.HOWS gets another purchase from the essential line and hopefully I'll get a pan set soon from your other lines I browsed.
비슷한 제품을 가지고 있었는데 코팅된 것이었습니다. 똑같은 제품을 찾고 있었지만 스테인리스 스틸 재질을 원했는데, 이 제품이 제가 생각하던 바로 그 제품이었습니다. 튼튼하고 세척도 매우 쉬우며 소스, 볶음 요리, 심지어는 스터프라이 요리까지 완벽합니다!
The size is great. It comes with a lid. It is for my gas stove, which is the first time I’ve had a gas stove, so am still learning. However, I do know my pots and pans.
* This is high quality, no inside rivets to worry about cleaning well.
* Smooth inside, no issue cleaning.
* Very well made.
* I have other pans, however, this is now my #1 go to pan!
* May need to buy more.
닥터하우스 팬에 꽤 깊은 인상을 받았습니다. 우선, 3중 구조의 소재가 확실히 상당히 두툼해서 열 보존력이 아주 뛰어납니다. 눌어붙음 방지 코팅이 되어 있지 않은데, 오히려 벗겨질 염려가 없어서 좋습니다. 손잡이는 전기 용접 방식으로 부착된 듯한데, 나사나 리벳 같은 것이 전혀 없어 표면이 매끄럽습니다. 전반적으로 고급스러운 느낌을 주는 튼튼한 팬입니다.
